Two Of 11 Sandisfield Deeds Disclose Sale Prices In August
Sandisfield recorded 11 property deeds between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only two listed a sale price. Prices ranged from $88,000 to $180,000, with a median of $134,000 based on those two disclosed sales. The top disclosed sale was 0 Sandisfield Road at $180,000, from seller Scott C. Guidi to buyers Joshua Brooks and Heather Hardisty. South Main Street had two recorded transfers, more than any other street. Four deeds involved a bank or lender as buyer or seller, and six involved the same family name or entity on both sides, suggesting many of this period's filings were trust, estate or lender transfers rather than open-market sales.
