Ten property deeds were recorded in Sandisfield between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only two show a sale price so far: $51,475 and $67,315, for a median of $59,395. The top recorded sale was 55 Sandisfield Road at $67,315, sold to the Town of Lenox and the Berkshire Community Development Housing Rehabilitation Loan program. Eight of the 10 transactions involved a bank, credit union, mortgage company, municipality or conservation entity as buyer or seller rather than two individuals. Sandisfield Road and North Main Street each had two recorded sales. With most prices not yet posted, the period's overall price picture remains incomplete.
