Sandisfield sees 14 deed transfers in late summer, but most sale prices go unrecorded
Sandisfield recorded 14 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only four listed a sale price, ranging from $51,475 to $180,000 with a median of $77,657 among those disclosed. The period's top disclosed sale was 0 Sandisfield Rd, which sold for $180,000 on Aug. 7 from Scott C. Guidi to Joshua Brooks and Heather Hardisty. Sandisfield Road saw the most activity, with three transfers. Several other transfers involved banks, mortgage companies, or credit unions, and several moved property within the same family or into a trust or estate entity, all without a disclosed price, leaving limited data to characterize the month's overall market tone.
