Sandisfield property sales roundup: two of nine recorded deeds disclose a price in July

Nine property deeds were recorded in Sandisfield between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only two disclosed a sale price: $242,000 for 35 Norfolk Road on July 10 and $180,000 for 0 Sandisfield Road on Aug. 7, putting the disclosed median at $211,000. The other seven transfers, including a West Street pair and several deeds naming mortgage lenders as a party, did not list a price. One transfer moved a West Street property into a family trust rather than to a new owner.
