Sandisfield Logs 13 Property Transfers, Few Sale Prices Disclosed
Sandisfield recorded 13 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, per Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds filings, though only three listed a sale price. Those three ranged from $51,475 to $88,000, with a median of $67,315. The period's top disclosed sale was 39 South Main Street at $88,000, sold Aug. 17 by Sean Fleuriel to Greenfield Cooperative Bank. North Main Street, Sandisfield Road and Beech Plain Road each saw two transfers. Several deeds involved banks, credit unions, trusts or estate entities rather than open-market buyers. With price data disclosed in just three of 13 filings, the available figures offer only a partial picture of the local market's direction.
