Sandisfield deed records show nine transfers in five-week window, but price data is scarce

Sandisfield recorded nine property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only one deed disclosed a sale price: $180,000 for 0 Sandisfield Road, sold by Scott C. Guidi to Joshua Brooks and Heather Hardisty on Aug. 7. That figure also stands as the period's price range and median, since no other transaction included pricing data. West Street was the only street with more than one recorded sale. Five of the nine transfers involved a bank, mortgage servicer or credit union as buyer or seller, and one was a trust transfer within the same family. With price disclosed in just one of nine deeds, the data does not support a broader read on market direction this period.
